Seat 3d model in several formats. Open igs and iges files in FreeCAD if you need them correctly trimmed.

Geo file is for PolyCAD.

Use 3d model to prepare and cut on CNC from wood, plastic, xps etc.

I've made my seat from xps enclosed in 3 coats of liquid rubber after cut.
